Qualifications & Requirements:
• The candidate must have a minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Proficient computer skills
• A highly organized, confident self-starter with a professional demeanor and strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Organized, self-sufficient, hands-on DIY orientation, trustworthy and reliable.
• Proactive and goal oriented with a strong willingness to learn and constantly improve.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Executes their job with an eye for detail
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Managing and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
• Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
• Take dictation and minutes
• Coordinating meetings and conferences
• Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Managing databases and filing systems
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
• Liaising with staff, vendors and clients
• Collating and filing expenses
• Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager
Working Hours:
Office Timings - 10 am to 7 pm
