As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls to customers to provide information or follow up on inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Update customer records in the database accurately and promptly.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and call center procedures.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
