Job Description: 4Sight is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Call Center Agents to join our team in New Orleans. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about our products or services.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm orders, or provide updates as needed.
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the database or CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets for call volume, resolution times, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, even during challenging interactions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality protocols and compliance regulations.
- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Handle escalated calls and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Ability to navigate computer systems and use CRM software efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
