Job Description:

As a Cashier/Retail Associate at 4Sight, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, accurately processing transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with their inquiries
• Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stock shelves and replenish inventory as needed
• Assist customers in locating products and provide product information
• Handle returns, exchanges, and resolve customer issues promptly
• Follow company policies and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work on your feet
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
