Job Description: 4Sight is looking for dedicated Package Handlers to join our team in Dallas. As a Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in the warehouse operations by sorting, scanning, and loading packages for shipment. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute to the smooth and timely processing of packages.

Responsibilities:

• Sort and scan incoming packages using barcode scanners.
• Load and unload packages onto trucks and conveyor belts.
• Inspect packages for damage and report any issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
• Handle packages with care to prevent damage during processing.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to package handling.
• Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or package handling role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependability and punctuality.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
