As a Retail Clerk/Customer Service representative at 4Sight, you will be responsible for assisting customers, handling transactions, and maintaining a well-organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide assistance with their inquiries and purchases
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and cashier area
• Stock shelves and displays with merchandise
• Assist customers with product selections and provide information on promotions
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
• Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
