Job Description:

As a Retail Stock Associate at 4Sight, you will be responsible for ensuring our shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. You will play a crucial role in inventory management and supporting the overall store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments
• Organize and stock merchandise on shelves and displays
• Maintain inventory levels and report any discrepancies
• Ensure products are accurately priced and labeled
• Assist with inventory counts and audits
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor
• Assist customers with locating products and answer their inquiries
• Follow safety and loss prevention procedures
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or stockroom experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
