Job Description:

As a Retail Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient operations within our warehouse facility. This position involves receiving and organizing merchandise, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the retail team with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and unpack shipments of merchandise
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
• Prepare merchandise for display on the sales floor
• Ensure accurate labeling and pricing of products
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Collaborate with retail associates to fulfill customer orders and requests
• Assist customers with loading purchases into their vehicles, when needed
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment preferred
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and merchandise
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• Forklift certification (preferred, but not required)
