Job Description:

As a Stock Associate, you will be responsible for managing inventory, stocking shelves, and ensuring the sales floor is organized and well-maintained. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and unpack shipments of merchandise
• Stock shelves, racks, and displays with new products
• Organize and maintain inventory in the stockroom
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management
• Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Assist with product labeling and pricing
• Support sales associates by retrieving products from the stockroom as needed
• Follow all safety and security procedures to prevent loss or damage
• Provide excellent customer service when assisting customers on the sales floor

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a stock or inventory role preferred
• Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and merchandise
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Friendly and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
