Job Description:

As a Stock Associate/Cashier at 4Sight, you will be responsible for managing inventory, restocking shelves, and providing outstanding customer service at the checkout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and unpack shipments, verify the accuracy of deliveries
• Restock shelves and ensure products are neatly organized
• Maintain inventory levels and report any discrepancies
• Operate the cash register, handle cash, credit, and debit transactions
• Assist customers with their purchases and answer any inquiries
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store
• Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures
• Collaborate with team members to provide a positive shopping experience
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or cashier experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in basic math and handling cash transactions
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
