Job Description:

As a Stock Flow Associate at 4Sight, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of inventory within the store. Your role will involve receiving, organizing, and replenishing stock to support the retail team and provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Organize and maintain stock in the backroom and on the sales floor
• Replenish merchandise on shelves and ensure accurate product placement
• Perform regular inventory counts and audits
• Assist with pricing, tagging, and labeling of merchandise
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor
• Collaborate with the retail team to support sales and customer service efforts
• Follow safety and security procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in stockroom or inventory management preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 pounds)
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
