Job Description:

As a Team Member/Cashier at 4Sight, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, efficiently handling transactions, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries
• Operate the cash register, handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately
• Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and organized
• Assist customers in locating products and provide product information
• Handle returns, exchanges, and resolve customer issues promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Follow company policies and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work on your feet
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
