Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate information.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and after-sales support.
- Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, working towards quick and effective resolutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Support the sales team by providing information and assistance as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and managing customer databases.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in training sessions to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and high standards of service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
