Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their purchases, offering friendly and knowledgeable service.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and manage point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain the store’s visual standards through effective merchandising, restocking, and organization.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries, checking stock levels, and organizing merchandise.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Support sales initiatives and promotional activities to drive store performance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and customer interactions.
