Role Overview:

Your role will be essential in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with their purchases, offering friendly and knowledgeable service.
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and manage point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain the store’s visual standards through effective merchandising, restocking, and organization.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries, checking stock levels, and organizing merchandise.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Support sales initiatives and promotional activities to drive store performance.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and customer interactions.
