Role Overview:

As a Retail Front Desk Assistant at 8Bits, you will be responsible for greeting customers, managing inquiries, and providing essential support to the store’s operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store, offering a warm and welcoming presence.
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage customer inquiries, and provide information about products and services.
- Assist customers with check-ins for appointments or services and direct them to the appropriate areas or staff members.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as managing the front desk area, organizing documents, and maintaining store records.
- Support the sales team by assisting with product inquiries, processing transactions, and promoting store promotions.
- Coordinate with store management and team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area and store entrance.
- Handle customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate team members for resolution.
- Ensure that promotional materials and signage at the front desk are current and well-presented.
- Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with store standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing front desk operations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively.
