Role Overview:

From inventory management to coordinating with team members, your efforts will help maintain the efficiency and success of our retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all processes are carried out efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, organizing stock, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor, ensuring products are easily accessible.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure that products are restocked and displayed according to company standards.
- Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to the management team.
- Assist with merchandising, setting up displays, and arranging products to maximize visual appeal.
- Support the processing of customer transactions at the checkout when necessary.
- Help prepare the store for promotions, sales events, and other special activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and updating inventory records.
- Handle customer inquiries and support the sales team in delivering exceptional service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in retail operations, inventory management, or a related role is preferred but not required.
