Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with customers, providing assistance and information about our products and services.
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by offering product recommendations and answering inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring that products are displayed attractively.
- Restock merchandise and ensure that shelves are fully stocked and properly labeled.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
- Promote ongoing sales, promotions, and loyalty programs to customers.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure a smooth operation of the store.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
