Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, providing expert advice and tailored recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling where appropriate.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle customer payments.
- Maintain the store’s visual standards through effective merchandising, restocking, and organization.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries, checking stock levels, and managing merchandise.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Support promotional activities and sales initiatives to drive store performance.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
