Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, providing expert advice and tailored recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling where appropriate.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle customer payments.
• Maintain the store’s visual standards through effective merchandising, restocking, and organization.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries, checking stock levels, and managing merchandise.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support promotional activities and sales initiatives to drive store performance.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work atmosphere.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
