Role Overview:

As a Retail Team Member at 8Bits, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, supporting store operations, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. Your role will be essential in ensuring that our store runs smoothly and our customers leave satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain store presentation by organizing merchandise, ensuring shelves are stocked, and creating appealing product displays.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and unpacking stock, checking stock levels, and managing stock rotation.
• Address customer inquiries, handle returns and exchanges, and resolve any issues professionally.
• Support in-store promotions and sales initiatives to achieve store targets.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and store security.
• Participate in store opening and closing duties as needed.
