Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and offer assistance with product selection.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, card payments, and other forms of payment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring that products are displayed attractively.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and restocking shelves.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Support in setting up promotional displays and participating in store events.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about new products, services, and store policies to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
