Role Overview:

As a Store Associate at 8Bits, you will be a key member of our team, helping customers find the right products, maintaining an organized store environment, and supporting daily operations. Your role will be crucial in creating a positive shopping experience and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the store and offer assistance with product selection.
• Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, card payments, and other forms of payment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring that products are displayed attractively.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and restocking shelves.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Support in setting up promotional displays and participating in store events.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay informed about new products, services, and store policies to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
• Participate in training sessions and contribute to a positive team environment.
