We’re looking for someone who wants to have an outsized impact on an early-stage startup. We are remote-first but have offices in Zurich (Switzerland) and Silicon Valley (USA).
What You'll Do
- Prospect Research, Qualification, and Demo Scheduling
- Research, qualify and contact approximately 60 prospects per day
- Generate new demand (e.g., individual leads) for the sales organization that is created through email, LinkedIn, social media, and/or any other viable means
- Demonstrate a customer-centric behavior by understanding the requirements of the prospect
- Work with the sales team to prioritize efforts, refine selling strategies, share/ track results, and plan the next steps
- Track and manage prospecting, qualification, and nurture activities in the company’s CRM (Hubspot) by keeping records current. Make contact actualization and discovery
- Conduct meaningful, productive conversations with individuals representing the buyer personas targeted by the organization

- Ability to work under pressure and learn fast
- Active listening to assess prospect needs and opportunities
- Ability to articulate a value proposition on every call
- Ability to perform prospect and account research to prepare for calls
- Multi-tasking ability and the ability to set and reset priorities
- Enate problem solving
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and German
- Self-motivated, proactive, with an entrepreneurial mindset - want to add value
- Copious note taking and data/ CRM integrity
- Hardest worker in the room mentality
- BONUS: If you’ve played college sports, been an entrepreneur, or worked as a consultant
