POSITION SUMMARY: Therapeutic Partnership is a behavioral health agency that focuses on delivering both mental health counseling and behavior analysis therapy, including evidence-based procedures. Our purpose is to assist children and adolescents throughout their life span to develop and increase their functioning skills, to adapt to their daily environment, and to develop their full potential. We are seeking qualified, motivated, compassionate individuals who have a passion for ABA and a strong desire to empower children and families. We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team and work on current active cases. Candidates for this position will conduct skill assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and implement treatment to decrease target behaviors, teach replacement behaviors, increase pro-social behaviors, and other functional skills. This position provides direct ABA services (Verbal Behavior) and program supervision to children with autism and other disabilities. Candidates must exhibit professionalism and experience in parent and staff training. Candidates must display the ability to build rapport with the children and their families. The incumbent will report directly to the Clinical Director or President.

Participates in the design of skill acquisition programs to ensure appropriate behavioral techniques are utilized. Considers the logistical and practical variables when making clinical decisions.

COMPUTER EQUIPMENT & SOFTWARE SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), Psychology, or Special Education with state licensure, or Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) certification is required. Significant experience managing a caseload and supervising therapists is preferred. Others will not be considered for this position – please do not apply if you do not meet this criterion.
