Paying up to £32K DOE this position is well-suited to a confident and experienced Office Manager who is also experience in recruitment - to help build a great office culture.
Embracing a remote working culture, this role is offered on a hybrid basis, so part home/office based. We welcome applications for both full and part time (min. 3 days per week required).

The role:
- Recruitment and interviewing of candidates for UK and European roles
- Recruiting via Linkedin, CV sourcing and Job Posting
- Maintaining office policies and managing office health and safety procedures.
- Researching and writing reports.
- Support with project work and the management team with ad hoc duties as required.
- Supporting with the administration of HR duties across the employee lifecycle, including but not limited to, supporting with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, appraisals, training etc.
- Planning events such as staff away days.
About you:
- Experience Recruitment Resourcing
- Experience of working in a fast-paced industry within an agile working environment
- Experienced in office management
- HR Admin experience
- Basic budgetary/finance experience
- Excellent secretarial and general IT skills, with high proficiency in Word and Excel
- Good basic knowledge of office Health & Safety procedures
- Sound knowledge of basic HR procedures
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities
- Strong customer facing and interpersonal skills
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
