Position Overview:

Activate Marketing Services, LLC. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced case manager to join our team. The case manager will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service

- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs, goals and satisfaction with our services

- Develop and maintain individualized care plans for each client, outlining their specific marketing objectives and strategies

- Collaborate with our marketing team to implement and execute marketing plans for assigned clients

- Monitor and track the progress and success of marketing campaigns for clients

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for clients' businesses

- Devise creative solutions to meet clients' unique marketing needs and challenges

- Provide ongoing education and assistance to clients with regard to marketing strategies and best practices

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes, and share insights and recommendations with clients

- Attend networking events and industry conferences to promote Activate Marketing Services and build relationships with potential clients

- Compile and present reports to senior management on the performance of case management and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or account management

- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and strategies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

- High level of organization and attention to detail

- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus

Salary: $82,0000-$93,0000 per year
