Sales Manager – Addfield Environmental Systems Ltd.
Addfield Environmental Systems Ltd is currently searching for a Sales Manager to be based at our facility in Burntwood. This is a full-time permanent position.
We are an established manufacturer specialising and excelling in manufacturing and installation incinerators and cremation machines to a global market. Addfield has ambitious growth plans. To achieve these ambitious plans we are looking for a dynamic individual to join the team to work via direct selling and with the global dealer network in sales growth for the range of machines across several countries
Reporting to the directors, your responsibilities as a Sales Manager would include, but not limited to:
• Direct Sales. Selling a range of machines to national and international clients across a range of sectors.
• Sales Management. Sales forecasting, setting KPI’s for the team, reporting.
• Dealer Management – Support dealers and agents in countries where we have a presence and to grow areas further.
• Business Development – To continually identify, market, and develop opportunities in key sectors and a region
• Out Reach – To develop alongside the marketing department sales outreach strategies to ensure all areas of the operation are aligned to achieving the market opportunities.
• Show & Exhibition - Regularly present the Addfield range & associated features and benefits to end-users and our dealer body at national and international exhibitions.
• Problem Solving – Identify potential issues that may affect future sales, and oversee the implementation of an effective strategy
The successful applicant will have either a sales or account management background. Industry knowledge of the waste (specifically hazardous waste) market or bio-security would be advantageous but not necessary. Experience in selling to end users directly and indirectly via a dedicated dealer network is required. You will demonstrate the ability to handle commercial negotiations, and have experience in setting budgets and delivering monthly sales forecasts.
The role will require applicants to continually develop and advance their knowledge of the sector. Full training will be provided with the product range and its USP’s
