We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Field Sales Representatives, specialising in residential door-to-door sales, lead generation, and cold calling. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers directly through residential door-to-door sales, promoting Scottish Power’s energy solutions.
- Conduct cold calling to identify new leads, assess customer needs, and offer tailored solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads, working to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the renewable energy market, including understanding tariff rates and key features of products offered.
- Deliver high-quality customer service, providing information about our products, services, and the benefits of partnering with Scottish Power.
- Record customer interactions and accurately input data into our CRM system for tracking and follow-up purposes.
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and sales briefings to stay updated on product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
- Work collaboratively within the team to maximise sales and achieve company targets.
- Maintain professional conduct at all times while representing the company brand in various neighbourhoods across London.
Requirements:
- Must be based in the UK with full and unrestricted right to work. Unfortunately, we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas, nor do we offer sponsorships at this time.
- Candidates must not have applied with us in the past 30 days to be eligible for current openings.
- Previous customer-facing experience (1 year) is preferred but not required. We value enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to reach customers at convenient times.
- A valid UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
