Job Description:
As a Door and Window Installer, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects by ensuring the precise and efficient installation of doors and windows in new multi-unit apartment buildings. 
You will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, measuring and marking installation areas, and handling all aspects of door and window installation to meet the highest standards of quality and safety. 
Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of projects that enhance the living experience of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Install doors, windows, and related hardware according to project specifications and industry standards.
Measure, cut, and fit doors and windows, ensuring accuracy and proper alignment.
Inspect and prepare installation sites, addressing any potential issues or obstacles.
Work closely with other construction professionals, such as carpenters and contractors, to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth project progress.
Comply with safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation problems effectively and efficiently.
Complete tasks within project timelines, meeting quality standards and client expectations.
Keep accurate records of materials used and work completed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Door and Window Installer in the construction industry is a plus preferably with experience in multi-unit apartment projects.
Strong knowledge of door and window types, materials, and installation techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Proficient in using hand and power tools relevant to the installation process.
Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy doors and windows.
Ability to work at heights.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
