Trainee Sales & Marketing Representative at AIM Group consultancy

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for sales, communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with customers, and effectively negotiating to meet customer needs. We drive sales for our clients through various face to face direct sales campaigns.

This role requires a proactive approach and excellent time management skills to ensure targets are met.

Duties

• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to convey product information and benefits.
• Negotiate terms of sale while maintaining positive relationships with custOmer’s.
• Drive sales initiatives by identifying new business opportunities and following up on leads.
• Maintain an organised record of customer interactions and sales.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and objectives.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage time efficiently to balance multiple tasks while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Experience

• Previous experience in a sales role is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with diverse audiences.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
