Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers in retail and event settings, offering personalized assistance and showcasing products to drive sales.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on individual customer needs and preferences.
- Promote special offers, new product launches, and services in a friendly, approachable manner to boost engagement and sales.
- Assist with the setup, maintenance, and presentation of retail displays and promotional stands to attract potential customers.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Work closely with team members to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide the most up-to-date information to customers.
- Participate in team training sessions to continuously develop sales and customer service skills.
Requirements:
- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visa holders).
- Must not have applied to Aim within the past 30 days.
- Strong communication skills with a passion for engaging with customers in a face-to-face setting.
- A positive and proactive attitude with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Sales-driven, with a focus on achieving targets and contributing to team goals.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not essential—full training will be provided
