Job Title: Accounts Manager / Inside Sales Representative
Compensation: $34,000 - $65,000+ DOE, Includes Uncapped Residual Commissions on Recurring Client Revenues

Summary: Our Accounts Managers are responsible for creating long-term, trusted relationships with our customers, understanding their specific needs, and presenting quality, cost-effective solutions that non-technical people can understand.
As an Accounts Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, actively seek new sales opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction and retention remains high year over year. You will spend considerable time connecting with key business executives and decision-makers, using our IT auditing software to prepare client reports and sales presentations, helping clients understand their IT and cybersecurity needs, and presenting the solutions that our company provides to meet those needs. This position will require occasional travel to client locations for IT assessment and sales presentations.
Other duties include answering client inquiries, onboarding new clients into our system, and identifying new business opportunities among existing customers.
To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with marketing and fulfillment teams, and build rapport with customers. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, building long-term trusted relationships, generating interest in our products, communicating the value of our services, and closing sales.
