Our Company was founded in 2018. We are a fast growing Financial Services company. Our founding team is based out of California, along with Florida. We LOVE people who work hard and love to make money. We provide AWESOME office space, so everyone can enjoy where they work. Right now we have a lean & fun team of about 15 people. All Service Financial has an exciting opportunity for a sales training professional who is passionate about sales and helping others develop skills to become more effective in their career. We are committed to ongoing training and expanding our training team to include a lead sales trainer. The Sales Trainer responsibilities will include all aspects of sales training and development:
You will be responsible for ensuring training content is fresh, relevant, on point, and effective. We will measure success for every training you deliver based on:
- How well the participants master the skills or knowledge you are teaching
- Surveyed participant feedback on quality of content and delivery
- The impact of that training on revenue, customer satisfaction, and other key business metrics
The ideal individual is someone with demonstrated success in a sales and/or sales training background who loves to help others, has strong presentation skills, and earns the respect of his/her peers. The candidate should have a strong interest in coordinating sales efforts with other parts of the company. The candidate should exude enthusiasm for Seek Capital and sales as a discipline, and should embrace accountability for up-leveling the skills and capabilities of their peers in sales.
Full training on industry, product, and current training methodology will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Provide continual 1-1 and group training for sales team
- Expand, research, create, track, and deliver training materials
- Provide product, process, and system training to enable sales teams to meet company goals
- Work closely with management to interpret business data and use information appropriately to identify training needs and deliver the curriculum to drive desired behaviors and outcomes
- Coordinate, update, and schedule training plans for new sales hires; provide resource and assistance to new hires as they acclimate to Seek
- Monitor and measure training effectiveness to ensure current programs are best responding to the needs of the company
- Improve training effectiveness by developing and testing new approaches and techniques
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in one of the following:
- Designing and delivering sales specific curriculum
- Demonstrated ability to analyze gaps and develop training to drive performance
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent substantive professional experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and common web browser applications
- Demonstrated ability in a CRM
- Basic understanding of sales key performance indicator analysis
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong presentation and project management skills
- Experienced in organizing and leading seminar style presentations
- Ability to deliver complex content in a way your audience can understand
- Ability to create and maintain a respectful, controlled, and open learning environment
- Strong relationship building skills
