Obstetrics & Gynecologist - Lead in Dubai’s Women Health at Allocation Assist DMCC

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated American Board‑Certified Consultant OB/GYN to join our client’s state‑of‑the‑art facility in Dubai, delivering exceptional women’s health services across the full spectrum of obstetrics and gynecology.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, compassionate care to women across all life stages, from adolescence through menopause
• Conduct routine check‑ups, screenings, and manage common gynecological conditions including endometriosis, pelvic pain, and menstrual disorders 
• Deliver babies, perform Caesarean sections, and provide comprehensive postnatal care for mothers and newborns 
• Offer full prenatal care including ultrasounds, laboratory testing, and genetic counseling to support maternal–fetal well‑being 
• Diagnose and manage complex gynecological conditions, performing surgical interventions when required 
• Educate patients on reproductive health, contraception, fertility options, and family planning 
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated, patient‑centered care 
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of advancements in obstetrics and gynecology through continuous professional development

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution 
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Consultant OB/GYN, including at least 3 years in the UAE or GCC 
• American Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology 
• Valid DHA or MOH Consultant OB/GYN license 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong patient‑centered approach 
• Demonstrated expertise across a broad range of obstetric and gynecological services 
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to high‑quality care 
• Western education and training required
