Key Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls promptly and professionally
- Providing accurate information and assistance to customers
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Documenting call information accurately
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a call center environment is a plus, but not required
