We are looking for a detail oriented, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to run daily office operations and to join us and grow with the organization.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Knowledge of general office procedures: faxing, filing, conference calls, data entry, etc.
•Answer and direct phone calls
•Greet clients in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.
•Lots of Documentation
•Maintain various files and confidential data
•Composes, formats and types routine correspondence
•Must be Proficient in Microsoft Suites such as Outlook, Words and Excel
•Should have basic computer skills
•Must be detail oriented a with a focus on accuracy
•Should have strong, demonstrated customer service outlook
