A Virtual Assistant must have a strong sales, retail and customer service knowledge to complete clerical projects.
The work will include the following tasks:
- Taking inbound and outbound calls from customers about products and services
- Answering/forwarding emails from customers, partners, and vendors
- Placing customer notes in a worksheet
- Coordinating the clients for existing and new projects
- Prepare and organize databases and reports
- Arrange payments for vendors, travel, and sales expenses
- Create purchase orders and track and manage payments
- Others general virtual tasks as assign
Requirements
- Great English communication skills both verbal and written
- Basic knowledge of Google Docs and Google Calendar, CRM
- Knowledge in Steel industry is preferred but not required
- Strong sales background
- At least 3 years experience in BPO
- Good customer service
- Keen to details and deadline
- Can work with less supervision
- No other part-time/freelance activities
- Willing to work both on-site and remote
