We are looking for high-performing Sales and marketing to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for finding e-commerce leads from wholesale websites in the Diamond, Jewelry & Watch Industries.
Responsibilities
- Find leads on e-commerce platforms used by the company and match the leads with existing products in stock
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the relevant team and follow up on the requests sent
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Evaluate pricing & purchase opportunities in the same channels
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Rapnet and experience working on the platform or a strong grasp of e-commerce sales
- Knowledge of diamonds and jewelry (Technical as well as working experience)
- Willing to get certification in Diamonds & Jewelry (Job will start upon successful completion of certification, credit will be provided for education)
- Passion for Luxury watches & luxury industry
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence
- Committed to continuing education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent willingness to learn and people management skills
- Strong grasp of written & spoken English
