We are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients and need an experienced, highly organized Remote Booking Manager to manage and streamline our booking operations efficiently.

 

Job Overview:

The Remote Booking Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all booking activities, ensuring smooth client experiences, and handling any logistical issues. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage booking operations: Oversee the entire booking process, from client inquiries to final confirmation.
  • Client interaction: Respond to client requests and inquiries through email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate schedules: Ensure accurate and up-to-date availability of resources, staff, or venues. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to avoid conflicts.
  • Maintain booking systems: Update and manage booking software and systems regularly, ensuring data accuracy and functionality.
  • Resolve issues: Address and resolve booking conflicts, cancellations, and last-minute changes effectively while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Generate reports: Prepare reports on booking activities, including financials, schedules, and client feedback.
  • Support marketing efforts: Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize booking-related promotions and campaigns.
  • Client relationship management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Booking Manager, Event Coordinator, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in booking software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Entry level role. Training provided. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years old.
  • WiFi and computer access are required. 
  • Must be authorized to work in the US or the UK.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers.
  • Experience with remote work or managing teams in a virtual environment is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Familiarity with online scheduling tools like Calendly, Acuity, or similar platforms.
