Job Overview:
As a Client Experience Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, managing all aspects of their planning and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable journey. This role involves handling everything from booking flights and accommodations to coordinating itineraries, while delivering top-notch customer service and addressing client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and our partners, ensuring seamless communication and support
- Design and manage personalized itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Handle all inquiries, issues, and last-minute changes with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other vendors to confirm bookings and ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor schedules and ensure all aspects of the client’s journey run smoothly
- Provide proactive support to clients by addressing any concerns or special requests before, during, and after their trips
- Assist in documentation and ensure clients are informed about necessary requirements regarding passports, visas, vaccinations, etc.
- Keep clients updated on current weather advisories, destination insights, and trends
- Utilize CRM systems to manage client profiles, preferences, and feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the overall client experience
Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or event planning is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of booking and scheduling platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to problem-solve and stay calm under pressure
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
