The Role
We are looking for a high-energy, data-driven Sales Manager to lead our growth across wholesale accounts and digital marketplaces. You won't just be "selling"—you will be an ambassador for our brand’s aesthetic, ensuring that our elevated essentials reach the right partners and customers globally.
What You’ll Do
- Own and exceed quarterly sales targets across key wholesale accounts and boutique partnerships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for retail buyers, managing the sales cycle from initial pitch to final delivery.
- Identify and "hunt" for new retail opportunities that align with our brand identity.
- Partner with the production and design teams to ensure our stock levels match sales forecasts and seasonal trends.
- Collaborate with the E-commerce team to ensure wholesale assortments complement our direct-to-consumer (DTC) offerings.
- Use CRM tools and Excel to provide weekly insights into sell-through rates and market feedback.
Who You Are
- 4+ years of sales experience in the fashion/apparel industry (preferably in NYC).
- You have existing relationships with buyers at major department stores or boutique retailers.
- You don't just take orders; you look at data to see why products are moving and where the next opportunity lies.
- You can pivot from a high-level pitch in a showroom to a technical inventory discussion with a warehouse manager.
Benefits & Compensation
- Base Salary: $105,000 – $125,000 (Based on experience)
- Commission: Performance-based quarterly bonus structure.
