ASVE Properties L.L.C. is seeking an experienced and passionate Property Consultant to join our team. We are committed to helping all our clients in the purchase, sale, and management of their commercial and residential property investments.

In this role, you will be responsible for actively engaging in prospecting activities, including meeting potential clients, providing an overview of our services, and providing advice on how to go about buying and selling properties. Successful candidates will be familiar with local markets, have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be adept at managing relationships in a professional manner.

Note: You must be in the U.A.E

The ideal candidate for our Property Consultant role will:

• Have experience in property consultancy, asset management, or a related field

• Be a great communicator and negotiator

• Ability to work well with others

• Possess strong organizational skills

• Be able to oversee multiple projects concurrently

• Have knowledge of current zoning, building codes, and local market conditions in assigned areas

• Have strong knowledge of the real estate market, listing platforms and trends

• Be well-versed in online marketing and generating leads

• Enjoy working autonomously as well as in a team environment
