Customer Success Manager

The role:
You will be taking ownership of delivering Atominvest’s software solutions to both new and existing clients. As well as being responsible for implementation, you’ll be the primary point of contact for some of the world’s leading alternative investors, driving advocacy and identifying expansion opportunities across our client base. You will be a key member of our commercial team - acting as the face of Atominvest to our customers, and working with all areas of business to ensure clients’ aims are achieved.
What you’ll be doing:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers on delivery and implementation of their Atominvest solution
- Manage the whole implementation lifecycle efficiently, driving down time to value and ensuring that customer requirements are met
- Analyse customer datasets and workflows effectively
- Provide white-glove service to customers, ensuring that issues are escalated and resolved quickly

About you
- You have previous customer success or implementation experience, preferably in a high growth B2B SAAS scale up environment
- You’re highly organised, with a keen attention to detail
- An analytical thinker who thrives when coming up with solutions
- You love a good spreadsheet, your MS excel skills are exceptional
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are passionate about providing best-in-class support to customers, and have demonstrated ability to provide consistent high quality responsiveness and overall service
- You’re a team player, ready to learn and contribute ideas
- Ambitious and growth minded, you have an entrepreneurial spirit
- You’re determined, with a willingness to persevere and win in the face of setbacks
- Previous experience interpreting client data is essential
- Project management experience beneficial but not required
The process
- Meeting with our Head of Customer Success and our Head of People to have a quick discussion, hear about you, talk about our story and where we’re heading.
- Complete a short case study and discuss it with members of our Customer Success team.
- Join Atominvest.

* Currently our office in Oxford Circus is available if people want (and only if they want) to use it. In the longer term, we're expecting most people to be in the office 2 to 3 days per week.
