What you’ll do
The role
As finance & operations manager you’ll be responsibility for finance and operations functions at Atominvest, and tasked with building, maintaining & growing our systems and processes across finance, compliance, strategic planning, payroll, risk management and other operational areas of the business.
Much of this role will be yours to define. We’re looking for a fast, constant learner with a proactive, positive attitude to help our business navigate the complex finance and operational challenges we will encounter on our journey to becoming a world class SAAS company.
You will need to be a thinker, learner and a doer to be successful in this role.
You’ll be a critical part of the team, instrumental in ensuring financial discipline, stability and operational efficiency, and a huge part of the culture we’re building.

This is a broad role within a fast-paced environment allowing you to rapidly develop new skills.
Responsibilities shall include:
1. Finance/ Accounting – preparation and delivery of accounts, statutory filings, tax reporting and cash & expenses management
2. Operations / HR – operational responsibilities include payroll/ HR management, regulatory reporting and oversight, risk management and developing systems and processes to scale the business
3. Legal / Compliance – helping / managing all legal contracts internal and external (customers) and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations e.g. GDPR
Requirements
The must-haves - someone with the following experience:
1. Qualified accountant
2. 1-2 years+ of relevant startup finance experience (either from the private equity industry, startups, fund administration or big 4)
3. Self-starter, highly proactive and keen to learn
4. Have excellent technical accounting knowledge and skills
