Position Overview:

The Distribution Associate plays a vital role in our warehouse operations, responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping products to our customers. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to perform a variety of tasks related to the distribution of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick products from inventory according to order specifications and prepare them for shipment.
• Packing: Ensure that products are securely packed, labeled, and ready for shipment, following company standards.
• Shipping Coordination: Work closely with the shipping team to ensure orders are processed and dispatched in a timely manner.
• Inventory Management: Assist in tracking inventory levels, restocking products as needed, and performing cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before packing and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of order fulfillment, shipping details, and inventory movements.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to meet daily production goals and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a distribution, warehouse, or logistics role is preferred but not required.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
