Position Overview:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Loader/Unloader to join our warehouse team. The Loader/Unloader will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading goods from trucks, ensuring that products are handled with care and stored properly. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload goods from trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Ensure that all products are handled with care to prevent damage.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) frequently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
