Position Overview:
The Loader/Unloader will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading goods in our warehouse, ensuring that products are handled with care and prepared for shipment or storage. This role is crucial to maintaining our supply chain operations and ensuring timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks, containers, and trailers with products and materials.
• Safely move and handle products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Organize and stack products in the warehouse according to company standards.
• Assist with inventory management by keeping accurate records of goods moved.
• Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain efficient operations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (certification is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
