Responsibilities:
Receiving and sorting incoming correspondence, packages and parcels.
Distribution of mail items to the relevant departments and employees of the company.
Sending and tracking outgoing correspondence and packages according to established procedures.
Ensuring accuracy and accuracy in the processing and accounting of mail.
Managing postal and courier services to ensure timely delivery and receipt of shipments.
Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace, including the area for receiving and sending correspondence.
Requirements:
Work experience in the field of postal and courier services is welcome.
