Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The Operations Warehouse Associate will play a critical role in the efficient functioning of our warehouse operations, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular inventory counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or inventory issues to management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to use inventory management software and tools.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
