Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Operations Warehouse Associate will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse, including receiving, processing, and shipping inventory. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Process and organize inventory in the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified).
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and inventory management.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
