Position Overview:

The Operations Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our warehouse. This position involves handling various tasks related to the receiving, storing, and distribution of products, while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Handling: Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming products, ensuring they are stored in the correct locations.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and inventory management tasks to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks, verify shipments, and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, following all safety protocols.
• Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damages, ensuring only high-quality goods are shipped to customers.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing systems.
• Safety Awareness: Understanding of warehouse safety practices and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and communicate effectively.
