Position Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and efficient Packing Assistant to join our warehouse team. The Packing Assistant will be responsible for preparing products for shipment, ensuring that all items are packed securely and labeled correctly. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack products according to company standards and customer specifications.
• Ensure that all items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
• Label packages accurately with shipping information.
• Maintain a clean and organized packing area.
• Assist with inventory management, including tracking and replenishing packing supplies.
• Collaborate with other warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure that all items meet company standards before shipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a packing or warehouse role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lift and move packages (up to 50 lbs) frequently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
